With nearly a decade of experience in the fitness industry, my journey began as a dedicated fitness instructor in the vibrant town of Noosa back in January 2015. My passion for health and fitness soon propelled me into the realm of Personal Training by May of the same year. It has been an incredibly rewarding journey, fuelled by a singular vision: to empower my clients to reach their fitness aspirations, whether that involves shedding excess weight, building muscular strength, or enhancing overall physical fitness.
My expertise is backed by formal qualifications, including a Certificate III and Certificate IV in Fitness, which have equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and effective coaching techniques. Additionally, I am proud to hold a blue card, enabling me to work safely and responsibly with clients aged 16 years and older. This certification underscores my commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for all my clients, regardless of their age or fitness level.
